We value the time of our tutors and expect our students to do the same. If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If a lesson is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, the full fee for the lesson will still be charged. This ensures our tutors' schedules are respected and other students are not disadvantaged by last-minute cancellations.

2. Payment Policy

Payment for all tutoring sessions must be made in advance. Payments can be made via direct bank transfer. Details will be provided upon confirmation of the booking. Our tutors are committed to providing the best possible service and require assurance of payment prior to the session.

3. Conduct and Respect 

We believe in fostering a respectful and positive learning environment. All students are encouraged to interact with their tutors in a courteous and respectful manner. In the unlikely event of inappropriate behaviour, we may need to end the tutoring session early. Persistent disregard for this policy might necessitate a review of the provision of our services to ensure the integrity of the learning environment. .

4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided to us will be used only for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided during the tutoring sessions are the intellectual property of our tutors or their respective owners. These materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for any purpose other than personal study without explicit written permission.

6. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

7. Limitation of Liability

Our tutors provide their services to the best of their abilities. However, we do not guarantee any specific academic outcome or improvement as a result of our tutoring services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with our services.
